Self-contained units – location: Glenelg South Australia. (Minimum 2-night stay) Australian National Institute has 6 units in a heritage listed building Seafield Tower on the beachfront at Glenelg. There are 4 Two-bedroom units facing the beach and 2 one-bedroom unit sat the rear of the property. The units are services (beds made and unit cleaned after tenants stay) Unwind Holidays manage the day-to-day operations of Seafield Tower (Bookings, collection of tariffs and cleaning) Australian National Institute charges a base tariff and Unwind Holidays charge for other items such as cleaning. There is a bond charged by unwind refundable if the unit is left in an acceptable condition Bookings are made online through the Unwind Holidays website unwindholidays.com.au In the Unwind Holidays website search window type in Glenelg then type Seafield Tower. This should bring up the 6 units at Seafield Tower and enquiry can be made by clicking on the booking area, which will show availability once a booking is commenced charges will be shown. Railway Institute Members upon application to Australian National Institute will receive a rebate of 15% off the base tariff charged by AN Institute no rebate on other fees.
