for School Holiday period 22nd December to 4th February of each year

Please fill in your dates and holiday home/unit on the ballot paper that you would like and forward to the booking officer, shown on the back of your membership card, by 30th June of each year.

For Members who are successful in the ballot draw, it is agreed that the accommodation cost shown on your invoice will be paid in full by the date shown on your invoice  approx mid – November of each year and that lists of all person’s requiring accommodation is correct. 

For your information the cancellation policy is for the Tasmanian Christmas school holidays ballot bookings, payment will not be refunded if cancelled after the date shown on your invoice, unless the booked period is rebooked and paid for by other Members.

Please note that Active Family Members with school age children will be given priority for school holidays.
Attempts will be made to give as many families as possible, one week holiday to their satisfaction.
Please list your priority and alternative weeks.

Please note that after the 1st of July of each year when the ballot is completed, vacancies shown on our website for this period are now open to all Members – Tasmanian and Interstate.
