Members are invited to attend the board meetings as observers but must advise the Secretary or the Membership Officer at least 3 days before.
Board meetings are held on Fridays at the Invermay Bowls Club Forster Street Invermay at 5.30 pm. Any member may attend as an observer but must advise the Secretary, Kevin French of your Intentions to attend as the venue may be changed at short notice. Dates of the meetings for rest of the year 2025 are Mar/Apr TBA, 25th July 12th September and 5th December.
ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
All financial members are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting which is held Friday12th September 2025.
